The Disasters Emercency Committee (DEC) brings 13 leading UK aid charities together in times of crisis. DEC launches appeals to raise money to help those impacted by disaster, making sure that funds reach those that need them most.
Helping Haiti (2010)
Robbie Williams reunited with Take That for a charity single in aid of the Haiti earthquake vicitms, for the first time since he quit the group in 1995 after signing up for The Sun's Helping Haiti single. Robbie said he was honoured to be asked to contribute to the cover version of REM's ballad Everybody Hurts. The track featured a star-studded line-up with the likes of Kylie Minogue, Leona Lewis, JLS, James Blunt, Cheryl Cole and Joe McElderry taking part.
